Refund, Cancellation and Registration Policy

Registration Confirmation

A participant’s registration shall be considered officially confirmed immediately upon successful payment authorization and receipt of payment confirmation through PMO Global Institute’s official registration platform or integrated payment gateway unless flagged by the compliance. Successful payment confirmation constitutes reservation of a training seat, allocation of limited event capacity, administrative processing, trainer scheduling, operational preparation, resource allocation, and onboarding preparation by PMO Global Institute. Completion or non completion of the registration form or onboarding process does not determine whether a payment transaction has been successfully completed or authorized.

Payment Authorization and Security

All payments are processed through secure third party payment gateways and banking authentication systems. PMO Global Institute does not manually pull, charge, withdraw, or process unauthorized payments from participant credit cards or bank accounts. A successfully completed payment transaction shall be deemed to have been authorized by the cardholder or account holder through the payment provider’s authentication and verification procedures, including applicable banking security checks and 3D Secure authentication processes. Any payment confirmation received by PMO Global Institute is generated directly through the authorized payment processing infrastructure integrated with the registration platform.

Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Promotional Registrations

All Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Promotional, Scholarship, Corporate Discount, Group Discount, Partner Discount, and Special Offer registrations are strictly non refundable after 15 calendar days from the original payment date. These registrations are offered under limited capacity and discounted pricing structures and are allocated based on reserved seat commitments and event planning requirements. Participants purchasing discounted registrations acknowledge and accept that discounted pricing is provided in exchange for reduced cancellation flexibility and that operational, administrative, trainer, venue, and resource commitments begin immediately upon payment confirmation. However, PMO Global Institute may, at its sole discretion, offer transfer to another participant, transfer to another cohort, or event credit for future programs instead of a monetary refund.

Cancellation Request Submission Window

Any cancellation or refund request must be formally submitted in writing within 15 calendar days from the original payment or purchase date. Failure to submit a written cancellation request within this 15 day period shall automatically make the registration non refundable regardless of event participation status, registration completion status, onboarding completion, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel limitations, employment changes, visa outcomes, technical misunderstandings, or non attendance. Submission of a cancellation request after the 15 day period may only qualify for transfer consideration or event credit at the sole discretion of PMO Global Institute.

Standard Cancellation Terms

For standard registrations that are not purchased under discounted or promotional categories, cancellation requests submitted within the applicable 15 day cancellation request window may be considered subject to the following conditions. Registrations cancelled more than 45 days before the event may qualify for a refund after deduction of payment gateway charges, administrative processing fees, applicable taxes, currency conversion losses, and any non recoverable third party costs. Registrations cancelled between 30 to 45 days before the event may qualify for a maximum refund of 50 percent of the registration fee. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event shall not qualify for any refund.

No Show and Non Participation Policy

Participants who fail to attend the program, fail to complete onboarding requirements, fail to join the event, fail to participate after registration confirmation, or fail to respond to follow up communications shall not be entitled to any refund. Failure to complete registration forms, visa applications, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, participant profiles, or supporting documentation shall not constitute cancellation by PMO Global Institute and shall not invalidate a confirmed registration.

Non Response After Payment

If a participant successfully completes payment but does not respond to onboarding communications, follow up emails, registration requests, or event coordination communications, PMO Global Institute shall not be responsible for resulting non participation, administrative delays, or participant related consequences. The participant shall remain fully responsible for the confirmed registration.

Transfer to Another Participant

Subject to prior written approval, a confirmed registration may be transferred to another eligible participant up to 14 calendar days before the event. An administrative transfer fee may apply. PMO Global Institute reserves the right to approve or reject any transfer request based on program eligibility, operational limitations, or administrative considerations.

Event Credit and Program Transfer

At the sole discretion of PMO Global Institute, a participant may be offered event credit, transfer to another cohort, rescheduling support, or future program participation opportunities instead of a monetary refund. Any approved event credit must be utilized within 12 months from the original event date unless otherwise stated in writing. Unused credits shall automatically expire after the applicable validity period.

Event Cancellation by PMO Global Institute

If PMO Global Institute cancels an event entirely and no alternative date or transfer option is provided, participants may be entitled to a refund of the registration fee actually paid. PMO Global Institute shall not be liable for flights, hotel costs, visa expenses, transportation expenses, currency exchange losses, personal expenses, third party bookings, business losses, time losses, or any indirect or consequential losses associated with the event cancellation or rescheduling.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or banking complaint shall not automatically invalidate a confirmed registration or contractual obligation. PMO Global Institute reserves the right to submit payment authentication records, 3D Secure verification logs, transaction authorization records, registration records, onboarding communications, attendance records, operational allocation evidence, policy acceptance records, and related communications to financial institutions, payment processors, dispute resolution bodies, legal authorities, or regulatory entities where necessary. Participants submitting false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent payment disputes may be restricted from future registrations and organizational services.

Right to Refuse Refund

PMO Global Institute reserves the right to deny refund requests where payment was successfully authenticated and authorized, event capacity was reserved, resources were allocated, operational commitments were made, follow up onboarding communications were ignored, cancellation request deadlines were exceeded, promotional or discounted pricing conditions applied, or the participant failed to comply with onboarding or participation requirements.

Limitation of Liability

PMO Global Institute’s maximum liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount of the registration fee actually received for the specific program. PMO Global Institute shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, business, travel, accommodation, reputational, or opportunity losses arising from participation, cancellation, rescheduling, or non attendance.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation and Registration Policy together with all related event terms, conditions, and payment authorization procedures. Participation in the program constitutes full acceptance of all related event policies and organizational terms.
